Inspiration from eccentricity. King Marcio

He styles himself His Royal Highness King Marcio and he has lived in a sandcastle for 22 years. Here is his castle in the pic below. It is on the beach in an upmarket area of Rio. Fake news? Apparently not. He says he likes the ephemeral lifestyle and that if the castle collapses he will simply build another one. He makes money through donations and through running a book exchange.  So what can a writer do with this story? Well,  he could start with a great title - "On the Beach" has already been chosen by Nevil Shute. "Riddle of the Sands" was chosen long ago by Erskine Childers. So what about "King of the Sands" or "Don't kick sand in my face" or "The Sands of Time." Short story or novel? Personally, I would use His Royal Highness as a secondary character in a novel. What about you?
